On Saturday, September 25th from 11 to 4 Partners for Pets held a grand opening of their new shelter, the Warren Billhartz Animal Shelter, at 119 United in Collinsville, IL.
There were raffles, local vendors, adoptable animals, volunteer opportunities.
We, the Roger Smith Portrait Gallery, took pictures of people and their pets for donations to the Shelter.
